If you are having difficulties with tiggit controller, then first please read the troubleshooting information on this web page. If this does not solve your problem, then please contact tiggit software by email.
There is one exception: If you purchased tiggit controller through and Application Store, such as Crackberry.com, Mobihand, or BlackBerry App World, and your problem relates to billing or licensing, you must contact the store directly.
If you need assistance, please take care to carefully describe the problem you have, and include details of the exact version of tiggit controller you are using, including the build number. This is on the startup splash screen and can be found by selecting About from the the zone list menu.
I do try to respond to all emails within a couple of days, but from time to time this may not be possible.
