This Agreement licenses use of a pre-release version of tiggit mail (the “Software”) by tiggit software (“us”) to you and contains warranty and liability disclaimers. By selecting the “accept” option below and clicking “SUBMIT”, you are confirming your acceptance of the Beta Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.

The term “The Software” includes all related documentation and all related updates and other materials supplied by us to you.

You may make back-up copies of the Software for your own personal use, but you may not otherwise copy the Software, nor may you decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Software unless allowed by law. You may not modify, sell, rent, transfer, resell for profit, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part of it.

We retain ownership of the Software.

The Software is provided to you on an “as is” basis, without any technical support or warranty of any kind from us including, without limitation, a warranty of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. .  You are advised not to rely in any way on the correct functioning or performance of the Software. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We are under no obligation to provide technical support, and we provide no assurance that any specific errors or discrepancies in the Beta Software will be corrected.

We shall not be liable (death or personal injury excepted) for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (nor for any damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if we or our suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The limited warranty and limited liability set out above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us and you. You agree that we would not be able to provide the Software on an economic basis without such limitations.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate the agreement before that time by deleting the Software. This Agreement will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you agree to delete and/or destroy the Software and any copies you have made of it any form.

This Agreement is made under English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
