Getting Started
The easiest way to install tiggit controller is to use the Over-The-Air installation. To do this, open your tiggit controller welcome email on your BlackBerry and click on the installation link at the bottom of the email. This will launch the BlackBerry web browser directed to the tiggit controller download site.
Choose over-the-air download from the web site and then choose the appropriate version for your BlackBerry device. You will then be presented with the standard BlackBerry download dialogue:

Click Download to commence the installation. .

Once the download has completed, you may need to reboot. |

When you restart you will see tiggit controller on the Home screen or in the downloads folder. |

The first time tiggit controller runs it will request access to the internal phone. Select View to continue. |

The BlackBerry will show you the permissions that tiggit controller is requesting. |

Select Save from the menu to continue. |
You have now sucessfully installed Tiggit Controller. Now start Tiggit Controller to begin the configuration process.

When tiggit controller starts for the first time, it will ask you to add a new zone player. Click on the button to add a new zone player. |

Tiggit Controller will prompt you to enter the network address of a zone player. |
 |
Go to your desktop computer, and open the About box for the Sonos Desktop Controller. This will list all of the zone players on your network and provide you with the network address of each. |

Enter the network address and click OK. Tiggit Controller will load the details of each of the zone players on your network. You have now completed setup and are ready to use tiggit controller. |
