Troubleshooting
There are not so many things that can go wrong with tiggit controller, but please take a look at these common problems prior to contacting support.
I receive the error "module net_rim_bbapi_messagelist not found"
This is caused by installing the RIM OS 4.6 version on a BlackBerry with an older version of the RIM OS. You should remove the tiggit controller application and re-install using the RIM OS 4.5 version of tiggit controller.
